Terms of Service

1. The service
CrawlCore is a browser game operated by Stefano Alberti Perdicchia under the Mini Muuu team. The game is currently in beta: features may change, and game data (runs, saved dungeons, heroes) may be reset between versions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One account per person; you must provide a valid email address. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, or harass other players.
3. Plans and payments
During the beta, all subscription tiers can be activated free of charge and no payment is collected. When paid subscriptions launch, dedicated payment terms (pricing, renewal, withdrawal rights under EU consumer law) will be added here before any charge is made.
4. Fair play
No bots, no automated play, no attempts to tamper with the game server or other players' data. The server is authoritative: client modifications that attempt to cheat may result in suspension.
5. Content and IP
The CrawlCore name, site and game code belong to their authors. Game art includes licensed third-party asset packs. You may stream or record gameplay freely.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory (consumer) law grants you.
